Kazuma has a few pervert moments at the start of the series (mainly stealing Chris's panties) but I'd argue that was him being a kid who hadn't really interacted with women (or anyone really) outside the internet before. Later in the series when he's a lot more socialized he's extremely embarrassed by the incident because he's actually gone outside and touched grass for more than a day. After he's mellowed out he's relatively timid as far as pursuing sex goes.

pervert is a person with a fetish. everyone has at least one. If they have a biological sexual drive(there are rare cases when a person doesn't have that, but that's a physical condition). At least one fetish forms when puberty hits, and then we accumulate more.
Darkness is an open pervert on the outside, though it's kind of more like a roleplay, sort of like exhibitionism, which is a fetish, most likely developed due to her upbringing and family circumstances.(straight away, for her the most embarassing stuff would be romantic stuff) Kazuma is kind of similar, but in his case it's more like messing around, that's his defense mechanism. Which is why they're a perfect fit. They complement each others flaws perfectly. Truthfully, they're quite similar that they're hiding their real feelings, but that's also what would make them such a perfect couple.

Idk who's Dust though, but Sylvia is another pervert, though in her case her perversion is a defense mechanism, cause she is ultimately lonely. Genuinely Sylvia is the character i feel the most sorry for in Konosuba. (at first i thought you meant Lalatina's second name which is Dustiness, but you put them separate so idk)

Have you read past the anime? Kazuma's behavior never strays outside the realm of "normal semi-horny teenager", with the exception of at the start where he's literally interacting with other people for the first time in years. Megumin complains a couple times about the fact that he never makes moves on anyone.

I used to translate from English to Spanish, and tried to the best of my abilities to make a precise translation. In those translations, used to adapt some phrases to the Spanish reader, so they could understand the general idea. In many instances, i spend hours rewinding phrases in the original language just to have better insight of what they said.
